Show your listings on your site

The Listings block puts live property listings on your page and keeps them current by itself. You never paste a property in by hand; add the block once and it follows your inventory.

Add it

  1. In the editor, click Add (+) and open the Content group.
  2. Choose Listings.
  3. With the block selected, set it up in the inspector on the right.

Whose listings to show

The setting that matters most is Listings:

  • My listings — only properties you own. Your site reads as your own shop window.
  • All community inventory — everything your community has. A fuller page from day one, which is useful when you're starting out.

Pick deliberately. On All community inventory, a visitor enquiring about a specific property is enquiring about another agent's listing — and that enquiry goes to that agent, not to you. See [Where your leads go](where-your-leads-go).

The other settings

  • Featured or all — a short highlight grid, or a full searchable directory.
  • Columns and Max — how many across, and how many in total.
  • Limit to market centres — narrow to particular areas, if your community uses them.

What visitors get

On the published page the block gains a search box, filters and paging, and each property gets its own shareable page with a photo carousel and an enquiry form.

On the editor canvas you'll only see a static first frame — the search and filters don't run there. Use the eye icon preview to see the real thing.

If the block looks empty

  • On My listings, you have no active listings yet — add one and it'll appear.
  • On All community inventory, your community has none published.
  • If you've set Limit to market centres, you may have narrowed it to an area with nothing in it. Clear the filter to check.

When a property sells

A listing you remove stops appearing in the grid, and its own page turns into a short "no longer available" notice with a link to your other properties — so an old link a client saved doesn't dead-end. You don't have to do anything.
