About CommunitySync

The platform we built for ourselves first.

CommunitySync is operated by Trusun Media, and it runs the real estate businesses of the people who built it.

Born in real estate community ecosystem

CommunitySync started as KW Rental Investments - a working platform for Keller Williams agents, with real listings, real leads and a real education library. Everything on it had to survive contact with agents doing their jobs.

What proved out there became CommunitySync: the same system, made multi-tenant, so any organisation can run its own branded portal, public website, agent directory and content library under its own name and domain.

The people who built it

CommunitySync was started by two people — one from the operating side of real estate, one from the engineering side. It is what happened when those two problems met.

Jason Ross
Director

Jason Ross

Jason has spent three decades building companies across real estate, sports and entertainment, media and technology. He is President of Next Move, overseeing 40+ nationwide expansion teams, and Co-Director of Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment, where he helped create the first Sports and Entertainment community inside Keller Williams. He founded TSM Studio, a recording and marketing studio with a twenty-year legacy serving athletes, entertainers and corporate clients, and sits on two advisory boards at Full Sail University.

CommunitySync came out of that operating experience: the system he wanted for his own agents, then offered to every organisation with the same problem.

Marcin Stempniewicz
CTO

Marcin Stempniewicz

Marcin is the architect of the platform. He designed CommunitySync as multi-tenant from the ground up: every community gets its own brand, its own domain, its own feature set and its own member portal, all served from one codebase.

Before this he co-founded Ar-range, a visual-commerce platform for furniture brands that renders millions of product images from a single 3D source. The same discipline runs through everything here — pipelines that produce the same output on every run, and checks that fail the build when they do not.

His design rule is short: the agent’s job comes first, the system’s cleverness last.
