Information you send us. When you submit a contact or demo-request form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company or community name, and your message. That's the point of the form — so we can respond.

Technical data. Like nearly every website, our infrastructure providers log basic technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and understanding aggregate site usage — not to build profiles of individual visitors.

Cookies. This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on it. Individual communities hosted on our platform may choose to enable their own analytics or marketing tracking on their own public website — each community discloses that separately in its own privacy policy, and shows a cookie notice to its visitors when it does.

How we use your information

We use a small set of service providers to run the website and handle inquiries, each receiving only what their job requires:

• Supabase (database and infrastructure, hosted on AWS in the United States)
• Cloudflare (websites, DNS, and content delivery)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) (error monitoring — technical diagnostic data)
• Google Workspace (business email)

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of our users.

Retention

We keep inquiry data while it remains relevant to the conversation it started and our business relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below); residual copies may persist in routine encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups cycle out.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Write to us at privacy@mycommunitysync.com — we respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children
