These Terms of Use govern the CommunitySync website — the marketing and informational pages at this address — operated by Trusun Media Inc., 240 E Palmetto Ave #100, Longwood, FL 32750, United States ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 9.

Other agreements govern other things. If you are a member of a community running on CommunitySync, your use of that community's portal and websites is governed by that community's own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If your organization subscribes to the CommunitySync platform, that relationship is governed by its subscription agreement. Nothing on this website changes either.

1. Use of this website

You may browse this website and use its content for evaluating CommunitySync. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data;
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website's operation;
• Scrape or bulk-collect content or data from the website, or use it to build a competing product;
• Misrepresent who you are in any form you submit.

2. Intellectual property

The website, its content, design, and the CommunitySync platform technology are owned by Trusun Media Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of them for commercial purposes without our written consent. "CommunitySync" and associated logos are our marks.

3. Information you submit

When you submit a contact or demo-request form, you confirm the information is accurate and you are authorized to provide it, and you agree we may contact you back at the details you provided about your inquiry. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Content is informational

Content on this website — product descriptions, case studies, examples, screenshots, market figures — is provided for general information. It may describe features that evolve, and examples or forecasts are illustrative, not a promise of results. It is not legal, financial, or investment advice.

9. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class action waiver

Before filing any claim, contact us at legal@mycommunitysync.com with a written description of the dispute and allow thirty (30) days for informal resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website that is not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, in the State of Florida (or remotely by agreement). Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access.

All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only — no class actions, class-wide arbitrations, or consolidated proceedings. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular dispute, the arbitration agreement shall not apply to that dispute.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any judicial proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. General
