Set your community's branding
What you’ll learn
- Set your logo, colours and community name
- See where each brand element appears
- Keep branding consistent across the portal
Your community's branding drives everything your members see. Set it once in the platform console and the whole member portal — plus auth screens and public share pages — reskins to your brand, with readable text and hover shades derived automatically.
Open your branding settings
- Go to the Platform Console (the orange panel).
- Select your community, then open the Branding tab.
Set the essentials
- Enter your community name — it appears throughout the portal and on emails.
- Pick your brand color. The platform derives hover shades and auto-contrast text from it, so any color stays legible everywhere.
- Upload your logos — a light-background version and a dark-background version. The right one is chosen automatically depending on where it sits.
- Add your hero image and a short description for public surfaces.
- Save.
What updates automatically
- The member portal, sign-in screen, and public share pages all adopt the new brand the next time they load.
- Listings, reports, and emails carry the community brand alongside each agent's own photo and logo.
Good to know
- Members layer their own photo and logo on top of the community brand — you set the frame, they personalize within it.
- Choosing a light or dark portal theme is a separate one-toggle setting on the same console.
Troubleshooting
My new logo looks wrong on a dark background
Make sure you uploaded both logo variants. A single dark-ink logo disappears on a dark surface — the light (white) variant is what shows there.
The brand color text is hard to read
You don't set text color by hand — the platform computes readable text on your brand color automatically. If something looks off, try a brand color with a bit more contrast and re-save.
