Import a property from a Zillow link
The fastest way to create a listing is to let CommunitySync read it off Zillow. Paste one link and the address, specs, price, description, and all the photos come in automatically — no manual keying.
Import the property
- Open the property on Zillow and copy its URL from the address bar.
- In CommunitySync, go to Listings → New Listing and choose Import from Zillow.
- Paste the link and click Import.
- Wait a few seconds while the details and photos are pulled in and the photos are copied into your account's storage.
Review and publish
- Check the imported address, beds, baths, square footage, and price — adjust anything that needs it.
- The photos arrive automatically; reorder or remove any you don't want.
- Add or generate a title and description, then click Publish Opportunity.
Good to know
- Imported listings run through the same AI description and photo tools as manual ones, so everything ships polished.
- CommunitySync blocks duplicate imports of the same property across your community — one house can only be listed once.
Troubleshooting
"Couldn't read that link"
Make sure you copied a single property's Zillow page (the URL usually contains `/homedetails/`), not a search-results or map page. Re-copy the link from the property page and try again.
Some photos are missing
If a source page limits photo access, a few images may not come through. Add them manually on the listing — the rest of the imported data is unaffected.
The price or details look out of date
The import reflects what Zillow showed at that moment. Edit any field directly on the listing before publishing.
