Understand your Leads Inbox

What you’ll learn

  • Read and triage the leads your listings capture
  • See which listing each lead came from
  • Reply fast to win the deal

Your Leads Inbox is the single place every inquiry arrives — no more digging through email threads or third-party forms. Anyone who reaches out through something you shared shows up here, tied to the property they were looking at.

Where leads come from

A lead is created whenever someone submits interest through:

  1. A shared listing link you sent to a client.
  2. Your community's Featured Listings page or your own website's lead form.
  3. An embedded listings widget on an external site.

Because those listings are tied to your profile, the inquiry routes straight to your inbox.

Work your inbox

  1. Open Leads (or Communications → Leads Inbox) from the sidebar.
  2. New leads show an unread marker — the sidebar also shows an unread count.
  3. Click a lead to see the contact details, the property they asked about, and their message.
  4. Mark it read once you've followed up so your unread count stays meaningful.

See which listing drives leads

Open Your Listings — each listing shows how many leads it has generated, so you can tell which properties are pulling interest.

Good to know

  • If you're an owner, admin, or manager, you also get a shared team inbox covering every lead the whole community generates — not just your own.
  • Lead capture is protected against spam and duplicate submissions, so what lands in your inbox is real inquiries.

Troubleshooting

I expected a lead but don't see one

Confirm the visitor actually submitted the form. Also check that the listing they viewed is assigned to you — leads route to the listing's owner.

I want lead emails to go to someone else

Lead notification recipients are set per community by an admin. Ask your community admin to update the notification email in the feature settings.
