# Work the shared team leads inbox

*Leads*

### What you’ll learn

- See leads across your whole team
- Assign and reassign them
- Keep response times fast

Individual agents see the leads from their own listings. As community staff (owner,
admin, or manager) you also get a **shared inbox** covering *every* lead the community
generates — so nothing slips through, even if an agent is slow to respond.

## Open the shared inbox

1. In the **Admin Panel**, go to **Leads**.
2. You'll see all inquiries across the community, newest first, with the property and
the owning agent shown on each.
3. Unread leads are flagged so you can spot fresh activity at a glance.

## Make sure leads reach the right person

1. Each lead is tied to the **listing** it came from, and routes to that listing's
   **owner**.
2. If a lead is on an unassigned or mis-assigned listing, fix the listing's owner so
the lead — and future ones — land with the right agent.
3. Speed matters: the fastest reply usually wins the deal, so use the shared view to
nudge agents on leads sitting unread.

## Set who gets notified

Lead **notification emails** go to a per-community address set in the feature settings.
If those alerts should reach a team inbox or a specific coordinator, ask a Community
Owner or Admin to update the Leads notification recipient in **Features & Settings**.

## Troubleshooting

### A lead isn't showing for the agent, only in the shared inbox

The agent only sees leads on listings **they own**. If it should be theirs, reassign the
listing's owner — the lead follows.

### We're getting duplicate or spam leads

Lead capture is rate-limited and de-duplicated automatically, so real duplicates are
rare. If you see a pattern of junk, flag it to the platform operator — the intake
protections can be tuned.
