# Add your photo and logo

*Getting Started*

Your photo and logo are what make everything you share look like *yours*. Add them
once and they appear on your listings, reports, shared links, and your public
directory profile.

## Upload your photo and logo

1. Go to **Account Settings → Agent Directory**.
2. Under your image, click **Upload** and choose a square headshot (a clear,
   well-lit photo works best).
3. Do the same for your **logo** — a transparent PNG looks cleanest on both light
   and dark backgrounds.
4. Click **Save**.

## Turn on your public listing

The Agent Directory tab also controls whether you appear on your community's website
and directory.

1. Find the **directory listing toggle** (the framed card near the top of the tab).
2. Switch it **on** — the card turns green to confirm you're visible.
3. Save. You'll now show up on your community's public agent page and in any
   embedded agent-directory widgets.

## Add extra branding (optional)

Open the **Personalization** tab to add additional logos or images that appear across
your listings and reports. If your community offers a light or dark portal theme,
this is also where your personal display preferences apply.

## Troubleshooting

### My image looks stretched or cropped

Upload a **square** image for your photo. Very wide or very tall images get cropped
to fit the circular and card frames used across the platform.

### I'm not showing up on the community website

Two things to check: the **directory toggle** must be on, and your community's
website must have the agent directory enabled. If the toggle is on and you still
don't appear after a few minutes, ask your community admin to confirm the directory
is live.
