# Add and organize education videos

*Content*

Your community's education library (the Playbook) is organized into folders with tags,
so members can find the right training fast. Here's how to add a video and file it
where people will look.

## Add a video

1. Open the **Admin Panel** and go to **Education** (Playbook).
2. Click **Add video**.
3. Paste the video source — a **Vimeo, YouTube, or Google Drive** link.
4. Give it a **title** and a **description**.
5. Save.

## File it so members can find it

1. Assign the video to one or more **folders** (e.g. Playbooks, Rental Pulse,
Tutorials) — a video can live in several.
2. Add **tags** for the topics it covers. Members filter by these within a folder.
3. If your community uses **market centers**, tag the video to the relevant center(s)
so only those members see it. Leave it untagged to show everywhere.

## Let agents share it with clients

Some videos are safe for agents to send to clients. When you mark a video as
**shareable**, members get a share button on it — and anything they send stays branded
to them. Leave it off for internal-only training.

## Manage folders

Use **Education → Folders** to create, rename, reorder (drag-and-drop), and set which
folders are shareable. The folder order here is the order members see.

## Troubleshooting

### The video won't play for members

Check the source link's privacy settings. A Vimeo/YouTube video set to "private" or a
Google Drive file that isn't shared won't play — set it to unlisted/link-viewable.

### Members can't find a video

Confirm it's in a **folder** (an unfiled video is hard to reach) and, if you use market
centers, that it's tagged to the centers those members belong to — or left untagged.
